THE PLANNED IMPLEMENTATION DATE FOR THE NEW HHS GUIDELINES IS OCTOBER 1, 2017. THERE IS A 60 DAY COMMENT PERIOD FOR THE DOT NPRM ENDING MARCH 24, 2017 AND AFTER THAT DOT ALSO HOPES TO BE ABLE TO IMPLEMENT THE NEW REGULATIONS ON OCTOBER 1, 2017.
