We are an Occupational Medicine Clinic dedicated to the business community of South Carolina. With over twenty-five years of experience working with the complicated issues of Injuries sustained on the job, Motor vehicle Accidents and many other types of injuries.

We partner with many Law Firms that represent clients that have suffered Personal Injuries who may not have the resources, such as medical insurance, to seek treatment in a traditional medical setting.

Carolina Occupational Healthcare understands that these patients need medical attention and we can provide treatment at no cost to the Attorneys client until their legal case is settled.  We believe the patient comes first.

We are a Three Physician Occupational Medicine Practice.  Many of our Physicians and Staff have been employed with Carolina Occupational Healthcare for many years, which assures continuity of care .

Workers Compensation Injuries and Personal Injury Services

Our medical practice is limited to occupational medicine and treatment of workers compensation and attorney personal injury cases. Treatment is provided for minor injuries, lacerations, etc. We are fully supplied with braces, slings, crutches and other orthopedic supplies.

X-Ray Services

Complete x-ray services are provided in house. We have on staff a full-time certified radiography technician and a board certified radiologist is available for review of our physicians interpretation.

Physical Therapy

Complete physical therapy services in house through a licensed and experienced physical therapist. Hot and cold Treatments, electrical stimulation, ultrasound and massage therapy are all available. Cardiovascular and weight training for rehabilitation and functional capacity evaluations are available.
