DOT and Recreational Marijuana use May 27, 2014

The Department of Transportation released an update on it’s policy regarding “Recreational” use of Marijuana.

The short version is the the DOT doesn’t care if some states have legalized use of marijuana.

The Federal Policy remains the same.
